We’re seeking an experienced Barber to join our thriving Yagoona barbershop. If you’re passionate about precision cuts, modern fades, and delivering top-tier service, this is your chance to become part of a professional, supportive, and stylish environment.

The Role

As a professional Barber, you’ll bring your experience, creativity, and top-tier customer service skills to deliver an exceptional grooming experience. From classic cuts to modern fades, you’ll be the go-to expert for our loyal clientele. Your duties include:

Cutting and trimming hair using clippers, scissors, trimmers, and razors
Shaving and trimming beards and moustaches
Shampooing, conditioning, and drying hair
Styling hair with products, tools, and techniques
Advising clients on hair care, grooming routines, and product recommendations
Cleaning and sterilising tools and workstations
Scheduling appointments and handling client transactions
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional barber

Proven expertise in a variety of haircut styles and techniques, including:

Skin fades & tapers
Scissor cuts
Beard shaping and grooming
Traditional razor shaves
Classic styles (pompadours, crew cuts, etc.)
Texturising and layering techniques
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Clean, professional appearance and work ethic

Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, friendly environment
