The ideal applicant is required to have a minimum of three years experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality hairdressing and barbering services, including haircuts, styling, coloring and beard/moustache grooming and trimming to clients of all ages and preferences
Utilise your expertise in contemporary and vintage haircutting techniques to create tailored and stylish looks that suit each client’s individual needs and preferences
Perform traditional wet shaves with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for clients
Engage with clients to understand their desired hairstyles, colors and preferences and offer personalised reccomendaations and advice
Maintain a clean and organised work station, adhering to strict hygenie and sanitation practices to ensure a safe and comfortable enviroenment for clients
Provide exceptional customer service, manage appointments, building rapport with clients and ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their hairdressing experience
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the salon
Qualifications and Skills:

3 years of previous experience as a professional barber with a strong portfolio showcasing your hairdressing and barbering skills
Diploma related to Hairdressing is desirable but not required- can be substituted by experience
Excellent knowledge of contemporary and vintage haircutting and styling techniques as well as expertise in traditional wet shaving
Ability to work with a diverse range of clients including men, boys, kids, teens, high school students and seniors demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service
Strong communication skills to effectively understand client preferences, provide personalised recommendations and create desired looks
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for creating precise and stylish haircuts and hairstyles
A passion for hairdressing and staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
