Descom Consultant is a leading provider of building and pest inspection services in Perth. We support homebuyers, builders, and property owners with detailed reports, expert guidance, and professional service. We also provide renovation and construction services, backed by a highly skilled team. As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking a reliable and efficient Sales & Booking Administrator to join our Gosnells office.
Role Summary
This is an in-office role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a sales-oriented mindset. You’ll be the first point of contact for new inquiries, responsible for turning leads into booked appointments, and ensuring clear, professional communication between clients and our inspection team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming leads from phone, website, email, and advertising platforms
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
Communicate clearly with clients regarding inspection details, pricing, and availability
Schedule building inspections and allocate them to inspectors using our CRM (Zoho)
Send booking confirmations, invoices, and reminders via email/SMS
Track lead sources, follow-up status, and update CRM records accurately
Liaise with internal staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Prepare simple sales performance reports and suggest improvements to lead handling
Requirements
Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen (Required for employment)
Own car and driver’s licence (Must be able to commute to the Gosnells office daily)
Previous experience in sales admin, real estate admin, customer service, or construction bookings
Familiarity with CRM systems – experience with Zoho CRM is highly regarded
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong organisational and multitasking ability
Professional presentation and client-focused attitude
Qualification in Business Administration, Sales Support, Real Estate, or related field preferred
