AG Workforce Solutions Pty Ltd currently has a vacancy for a full-time Vegetable Grower. Our company is located in the Goulburn Valley in Regional Victoria. The salary on offer for the Vegetable Grower position is $76,515.00 plus superannuation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting production activities, including:
– Planting crops.
– Monitoring for pests and diseases and spraying as required.
– Maintaining watering systems.
– Monitoring climate systems to ensure they maintain a stable environment.
– Monitoring product quality to ensure it is at a consistently high standard.

The successful candidate will need:
– Strong knowledge of vegetable growing methods;
– Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
