We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Care Worker to join
our team in providing assistance to individuals and families in need. The role
involves delivering support services that promote well-being, strengthen family relationships, and
help clients access essential resources.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal, emotional, and physical support to clients in their daily activities.
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Offer companionship and encourage clients’ independence and wellbeing.
Support clients with medication reminders and health monitoring as required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organizational policies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other support staff to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements:
1.Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant, Support Worker, or similar role preferred.
2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
