☀️ Imagine This
You wake up around 8am, wander down to Coogee for a coffee and a big brekkie in the sun. At 10am you’re back at your flat overlooking the beach. Laptop open, headset on, you start “work.”

Four hours fly by. You’ve smashed your KPIs, booked the meetings you need, and you’re done.

The rest of the day? Back to the beach. Then the pub. Then the club. Rinse & repeat all summer long. 🍻🌴

🚀 The Role
We’re a growing Aussie business looking for a confident cold caller / appointment setter.

Your job is simple:

Pick up the phone
Call from the prospect list we provide inside the CRM
Book meetings for the Director
That’s it. No lead sourcing. No admin. No late nights.

✅ What We’re Looking For
Strong sales background (recruitment experience = big bonus)
Excellent communicator, resilient under rejection
CRM experience (Zoho preferred; Salesforce, HubSpot, Bullhorn also fine)
Tech-savvy – VOIP, booking tools, reminders
KPI/results-driven – you live by the numbers

📞 What You’ll Do
~120 outbound calls per week (data & scripts provided)
Book 10 qualified meetings/week (~43/month) into the Director’s calendar (Zoom or phone)
Log calls in CRM
Manage reminders so prospects actually show up

💰 What’s In It for You
OTE $2,000–$2,500/month (~$45/hr for ~12 hrs/wk if you hit KPI)
Base retainer + commission per attended meeting
Remote – work anywhere in Aus (Bondi this week, Whitsundays next 🌴)
Hit KPI early → the rest of your week is yours
No micromanagement – your results do the talking
