Data Processing Clerk $45/Per Hour

The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, documentation, and systems. You will work remotely most of the time, with end-of-month onsite sessions for reporting, team updates, and project reviews.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, process, and validate data across multiple systems.
Review and clean datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Organise and maintain digital records, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
Prepare regular data reports and summaries for management and clients.
Identify discrepancies or errors in data and escalate for resolution.

About You
Degree (or currently studying) in Business, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
A few months’ experience in data entry, administration, or similar work is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other database tools.
No prior experience? We welcome applicants who are eager to learn — probation and training will be provided.
