Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Rehab Counsellor, Social Worker or Psychologist seeking a new challenge within a corporate setting. Use your existing clinical skills and develop your career within the Return to Work industry.

You will be working for an organization that delivers OH&S, injury prevention and occupational rehabilitation services. They utilise the expertise of allied health professionals to prevent and manage workplace illness and injury, as well delivering the vocational assessment services and facilitating the redeployment process with the long term unemployed.

To be successful in this position you will have:

•A Tertiary Qualification in Rehab Counselling, Social Work or Psychology
•At least 1 year of clinical experience within your field of Allied Health
•Working knowledge and understanding of workers compensation and/or case management (desirable)
•Strong ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
•Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•A proven ability in vocational assessment report preparation and in justifying, documenting and communicating the recommendations and outcomes to treating professionals
•Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
