...They have put all structure in place to grow, specialising in projects ranging from $15mil to $40mil with a 5 year plan to look at projects to $70mil.
Company & You
This role is for a person who has a min of 6 years experience in commercial building, who has a flare to get the job done & most of all be a people's person. You are the head person, running a team of 6 Contract Administrators & reporting directly into the Directors. If you are a Snr CA looking to take the next step or a Commercial or Contracts Manager at a smaller firm this could be your Career move, for the New Year.
The right candidate can expect a very competitive remuneration package to $160k + a team that can grow larger, so can you. If you are not 100% up to speed with a Commercial Manager role, training and courses can be provided for the right person.
