ArchiCAD proficient Architects & Technicians
Job Description
The project is a large mixed use entertainment venue in Melbourne’s CBD. The client is a respected Melbourne Architectural firm with a strong portfolio of work in Victoria.
An opportunity is available for an experienced Architect or Architectural Technician to join the established site team. The modern site office is located within view of the construction site allowing the team to witness the construction progress on a daily basis.
The deadline for project completion is 18 months and therefore a tight schedule is in place. Design development and documentation are running concurrently.
Duties will include construction documentation and detailing and therefore the role suits candidates with at least 4 years experience producing technical drawings. A solid understanding of BCA and construction methods is essential.
The project is being documented on ArchiCAD and therefore it is essential for the successful candidate to be proficient using this program.
The role is immediately available and offered on a contract basis. The contract is ongoing until the completion of the project. Hourly rates will be in line with experience level therefore if you have a strong documentation background and are highly proficient on ArchiCAD a very attractive hourly rate will apply.
