This position Located on the outskirts of metropolitan Melbourne, within the Psychiatric unit of a major health care network servicing the region. The Psychiatric service requires and experienced Old Age Specialist to support their growing team

The position requires the successful candidate to work within a mental health unit providing services across inpatient units, residential services, a comprehensive community-based service and a consultation-liaison/emergency service.
This position is available for an Old Aged Consultant Psychiatrist to work principally at the centre, and will also be required to participate in a reasonable on-call roster. The ideal candidate would have relevant experience in Old Age psychiatry, and be comfortable working to meet the mental health needs of Old Age patients and their families.
