Who you are:
You are currently either Inbound or Outbound Sales/customer service and looking to develop your sales career within a forward thinking, progressive work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Following up and converting leads to sales;
• Retaining members by contacting members in arrears, members ceasing allotment or members terminating;
• Work to achieve budget targets and KPI’s;
• Working on outbound sales campaigns initiated by marketing; and
• Taking inbound calls at peak times or with overflow.

Ideally the candidate will be:
• A self starter;
• Lateral thinker;
• Analytical;
• Sales driven;
• Excel literate;
• Possibly now in Inbound & looking to move into Sales;
• Have at least 2 years experience with inbound and/or outbound calls with a high involvement product such as health insurance, life insurance, superannuation. (This is preferable but not mandatory as we provide full paid training)

There are currently 4, full time, permanent positions available for immediate start.
Reporting to the Sales Team Leader.
