The Position & You
Varied and challenging projects history; work in closely with your contract administrator and coordinators to run either one project (from $10mil to $80mil); use your commercial build management experience, and step up to larger projects; report into a senior project manager; enjoy your day working close to major shopping strips; carve yourself a long-term future, where your career and it's development are keys to my client's success.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid commercial project management experience background. You may stem from either a contracts administration of trade background, but need good commercial build knowledge.
