Bondi Pizza is a busy, fast moving, funky gourmet pizza restaurant on Bondi Beach. We have built a young, enthusiastic, dynamic team and due to continued growth we are looking for two front-of-house supervisors to join the team and be part of our success.

These are hands-on positions and will see you responsible for:
•Greeting customers and ensure our customer service standards are maintained
•Efficient running of the floor on your shift
•Coaching, managing and motivation of your team
•Ensuring housekeeping and presentation standards are maintained
•Co-ordinating with kitchen to ensure smooth service
•Financial reconciliation and front-of-house admin
•In addition one supervisor will be responsible for managing the bar area including stock management and one for stock management of all restaurant non-food consumables.

These exciting and challenging management roles will require self-motivated individuals with a positive approach, strong organisational and leadership abilities coupled with good financial management/ analytical skills that can deliver effective business results. You will be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, with a vibrant personality who thrives on customer satisfaction and above all else has drive and ambition.
Previous supervisory experience is essential preferably gained in a busy hospitality/food & beverages environment.
